CSO Network Japan has conducted a series of interviews since last year with employers of foreign workers in Japan and abroad, as well as with academic and professional experts.
Drawing on these findings, we have compiled and published a guidebook centered on the theme of “dialogue”: “Creative Dialogue Guidebook for Working Harmoniously with Foreign Workers”
This guidebook is designed to support employers, managers, and frontline employees who are working with foreign personnel, helping them to improve working conditions and foster a more inclusive workplace through constructive dialogue.
